Valley Forge National Park

Valley Forge National Park in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania was the site of General George Washington’s winter encampment during the Revolutionary War. While several cabins, defensive trenches and cannons serve as a reminder of its historical significance, the park retains some of the pristine beauty of the Pennsylvania countryside that is rapidly being developed all around it and is always a welcoming refuge.
